Good Technology announces general availability of Good for Enterprise Secure Docs 

Good for Enterprise (GFE) Secure Docs capability improves user productivity by enabling the use of secure versions of popular 3rd party document editors that work with Good for Enterprise. Now users can open, view, edit, and save documents in a secure container. Good is the only provider that offers a complete, secure end-to-end mobile collaboration suite that separates enterprise and personal data.

Good Technology is pleased to share that iAnnotate® for Good(PDF editing) Secure Docs editor is now available to download from the App Store. More Secure Docs 3rd party editors will be available soon, among them QuickOffice® ProSelect HD for Good (Office doc editing).

Good for Enterprise - iOS v1.9.6 now available

Hot on the heels of the 2011 Q4 Server update comes the iOS Good for Enterprise client to support it.  

It is great to see the secure containers supporting more 'native' features of the iOS device.  2012 looks like the most exciting year yet for Mobile Device Management.

Good For Enterprise – iOS v1.9.5 Service Release Available Now

 

Good Technology has announced that Good for Enterprise – iOS v1.9.5 will be available for download from the App Store. This release will be available for the iPhone and iPad and will support both Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Domino.

Good Technology is committed to delivering a quality product to our valued customers. Service releases, such as this one, are designed to address critical issues reported by customers.

This update addresses specific issues related mainly to email attachments, iOS upgrades and security improvements. No new features were added. 

Mobile users currently running Good on any iOS devices will receive an update notification once they access the App Store.

Following the server patch delivered last week comes the iOS update to match. If your having trouble keeping up with all the updates and patches talk to MSC today.

Good for Enterprise – Android v1.7.4 Release Available

Good Technology announced that as part of their Q3 release, Good for Enterprise – Android v1.7.4 will be available for download from the Android Market on Friday 7th October 2011 . This release will support both Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Domino. Most features will require upgrading to the new Good Mobile Control server software. Good v1.9.2 for iOS released

Good for Enterprise have relased a minor update to its iOS client.

This Good For Enterprise IOS v1.9.2 service release addresses issues reported by customers running v1.9.0.531 (1.9.1) specifically related to Compliance Policy.

We have downloaded and tested this release and found it to be stable and not cause any backward compatable issues with the latest Good Server version.

Good for Enterprise for Exchange server software service release

Good Technology is committed to delivering a quality product to our valued customers. Service releases, such as this one, are designed to address issues reported by customers. This server update includes customer escalation and maintenance fixes, including an issue with a system resource leakage, caused by high notifications traffic to iOS devices. The problem is limited to Good for Enterprise for Exchange v.6.3.1.23 running on Windows 2008 R2 server environments.

All MSC Mobility managed customers will be upgraded to the the latest Good for Enterprise release in the coming weeks.  As with all new releases first we run it up in our test lab and give it a good workout to ensure we have all the update gotchas ironed out.

What's New in Version 1.9.1

This Good for Enterprise - iOS v1.9.1 service release addresses issues reported by customers running v1.9.0 related specifically to instability and sluggish behavior.
Good for Enterprise – iOS v1.9.0 included: 
· HTML Email*: displays rich email message content. Once activated on the server there will be an option under preferences to enable on the device. HTML messages sent from the device will retain message formatting. This feature is currently for Exchange only. 
· ZIP Files*: download, extract and view the contents of zip files. 
· Personal distribution lists: send emails to your personal distribution lists.
